Most people would think that you need to be extremely athletic, flexible, strong and daring to attempt Parkour, but in reality everyone has to start somewhere. Pakouring can start anywhere from jumping small fences to free running over posts and up small walls. Anyone can try. This particular sport can be very easy to very extreme and people who master this sport are doing insane stunts that look near impossible, when you get to this level of accuracy and precision, then is when you need high levels of fitness and strength mentally and physically.
